Each softgel contains 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate, including 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA, plus 1,000 IU (25 mcg) vitamin D3. The bottle contains 90 softgels. Suggested use is 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food. The product contains fish from anchovies and sardines and uses a bovine-gelatin softgel capsule.
