Each serving of 6 VegCaps provides 1,000 mg of calcium from calcium citrate, 500 mg of magnesium from magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate, and 10 mcg of vitamin D-2 as ergocalciferol. The bottle contains 90 VegCaps, or 15 servings. Directions are to take 6 VegCaps daily with a meal or glass of water and store in a cool, dry place.
