Solaray Magnesium Potassium Bromelain is a 60-VegCap dietary supplement combining magnesium from Aquamin® marine magnesium and magnesium glycinate, potassium citrate, and bromelain from pineapple stem. Each serving of 2 VegCaps provides 300 mg magnesium, 99 mg potassium, and 140 mg bromelain standardized to 2,500 GDU. Take 2 VegCaps daily with a meal or glass of water, as directed. The label also lists vegetable cellulose capsule, Arabic gum, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silica, and cellulose.
